All standard shipping orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order confirmation is received. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Shipping times shown below are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local carrier operations, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become available or update.

You can also check your order status through your order details page when tracking information is available.

Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the package will enter the international and/or local carrier network.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment. Temporary gaps in tracking updates can also occur while a package is in transit, especially when it is moving between international and local carrier networks.

You can track your parcel using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or through the official website of the carrier handling your shipment.

Free Standard Shipping — Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated shipping time begins from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

Please note that the total delivery time also includes the 1–2 business day processing period before shipment.

Expedited Shipping — Rates and Estimated Shipping Times

Expedited shipping may be available for selected destinations.

Expedited shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country or region.

These charges, when applicable, are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs clearance may also affect the estimated delivery time.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Expedited Shipping Refunds

Once an order has been shipped, expedited shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

However, this does not apply where a refund is required because of an error on our part or as otherwise required by applicable law.
